ARRIVAL

Please arrive sober, well rested, and food in your stomach. Do not show up with any form of numbing. If you arrive to your appointment with any numbing cream on, we will have to reschedule and you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit. Numbing can affect the skin making tattooing harder for the artist.

 

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. This is to protect your time as well as my time which may book up quickly.

 

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule/cancel your appointment.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule for a later date. For your safety, and that of staff and other clients please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick your appointment will be cut short and cancelled or rescheduled for when you are healthy again.

 

AFTERCARE

Proper aftercare must be followed to protect your investment. If you do not follow the recommended aftercare treatment for your service I cannot guarantee the longevity and you will be held responsible.

 

 

REFUNDS

You are paying for artist time, product, transportation, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. Due to the nature of our work, no refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns. Any concerns expressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
